"Impossible! A miracle! Why did I wait this long?""Meeting a customer the day after a treatment is the best part of my working day! The excitement of meeting someone who sees the world clearly for the first time in years is fantastic. The other week I met a customer in our reception that was over the moon with joy, smiling from one ear to the other. She said: “I can see everything, I see the keyhole in the door!". Another customer told me she had been reluctant to take her kids swimming as she felt that glasses and contacts were a hassle and she could hardly see at all without them. After her laser treatment she is a regular down the water slide at the local water theme park! For many people seeing the keyhole in the door or swimming without the risk of losing your glasses is nothing special, but for many of our customers it is a life changing experience. Helping them to improve their quality of life is a privilege and hearing them say “It's a miracle!”, “I did not know one could see this well!” or “Why did I wait so long!” gives me a great feeling that we are doing something positive and life changing."
